On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare company, we are currently recruiting for a Stoma Clinical Nurse Advisor. Territory will be countrywide excluding Northern Ireland but with a focus on key accounts and regions. So ideally located in the midlands/Dublin region.
Permanent Position - Core responsibilities will include:
1. To provide a Stoma Nursing support service when required by key customers in line with Homecare Service rollout.
2. At all times to promote the Company and its products in a professional manner.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and target customers.
4. To keep abreast of developments and trends within the territory and to monitor and feedback competitor activity to business unit manager.
5. Provide an educational and support service to key customers and all medical personnel for Stoma Care.
6. To provide technical advice during the development of literature and educational support systems.
7. To establish the need for, and promote, the range of company products in line with Company policy, to existing and potential customers.
8. Attend and promote the Company and products at trade exhibitions, meetings and work visits.
9. Maintain up to date and accurate customer and territory records through CRM and other report formats punctually and in line with management requirements.
10. To maximise use & sale of company products utilizing a high standard of product knowledge and professional selling skills.
11. To maintain a technical and educational involvement with Clinical Nurse Specialists in order to establish an up-to-date knowledge of current clinical trends and practices.
12. To provide a level of service, through training, education, and support, which fulfils the individual customers’ needs and expectations.
13. Follow attraction, development and retention strategies with key and target accounts.

Essential Requirements:
1. A registered Nurse with the INMB.
2. Experience in the area of Stoma care is a requirement and experience in urology would be favourable.
3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
4. Exceptional listening skills, strong presentation, and communication skills.
5. Demonstrate effective time management skills, administrative and effective written communication capabilities.
6. Full clean driving licence.
7. Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
8. Flexible working hours, the successful candidate must be able/willing to work if required outside of normal office hours.
