Job Title: HR & Payroll Administrator We have an exciting new opening for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team in Parkmore, Co. Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering calls, filing and maintaining records
• Complete payroll weekly for Advant
• Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
• Assist and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding cycle
• Maintaining Absenteeism and Annual Leave Management daily
• Updating training system for employees training files daily
• Assisting with maintenance of the time management system
