The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Identifying and generating new business opportunities within the fit-out and design sector.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, and contractors.
Engaging in discussions on upcoming projects and securing new contracts.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met to the highest standard.
Developing and implementing a strategic business development plan aligned with company objectives.
Candidate Requirements A proven track record in business development within the construction, fit-out, or interiors industry.
Strong industry connections and experience in securing high-value projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
A passion for premium-quality fit-outs and a keen eye for detail.
