IT Helpdesk Technician
Contract | €160/day+ | Dublin | Onsite
Our client is actively seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician for a contract role, emphasizing both technical acumen and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless support services.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide frontline support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
3. Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
4. Conduct troubleshooting and diagnosis of technical problems, escalating complex issues as necessary.
5. Contribute to the maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements:
6. Relevant industry certifications and demonstrated experience in IT support are required.
7. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar helpdesk role.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
9. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
