Job Summary

* Develop and deliver professional, compliant proposals within client-defined timeframes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet cost, manufacturing, and installation requirements.
* Provide technical support to the sales team, aiding in customer site visits and proposal reviews.
* Prepare and review the commercial aspects of bids, ensuring accurate pricing and comprehensive coverage of services.
* Create and refine presentations and proposal documents, promoting best practices in layout and content.
* Maintain close communication with production to align proposals with operational capabilities.
* Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Support the sales process through hands-on involvement, including client engagement and relationship building.
Requirements:
* Proficiency with Office 365 tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience in an engineering or technical sales environment with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce technical specifications and quotations.
* A methodical approach, comfortable working with data and numbers to inform decision-making.
* Willingness to travel to client sites and hold a valid driving licence.
* Desirable: Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks for reading and producing technical drawings.
