About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with the Income Protection Claims Manager in handling complex cases and decisions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external partners.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A passion for helping people and securing the right outcomes for customers.
* An experienced Income Protection Claims Assessor with an understanding of risk claims processes.
* Your ability to prioritise, stay organised, and work independently or as part of a team shines through in every task.
Essential Qualifications:
CII Diploma in Life and Disability Claims (DLDC) or the CII Diploma in Life and Disability Underwriting (DLDU) or QFA Qualification.

The Income Protection Claims Team handles all claims arising from New Ireland's Individual and Group Life Assurance policies.
