Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Customer Focus: Ensure that every customer enjoys a personalized and delightful shopping experience, fostering a strong connection between the brand and our valued clients.
* Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards to showcase our luxurious products and create an inviting store atmosphere.
* Inventory Management: Oversee and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory turnover while minimizing shrinkage.
* Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure the store operates efficiently and complies with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate
* At least 3 years of relevant Store Manager experience within retail
* Strong people management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, inspiration)
* Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others
* Decision making and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge in KPI's and proven record of reaching targets
