Peptides are small proteins that help the body communicate quickly to activate pathways, transmit signals, and regulate cellular processes spanning from metabolism, appetite, mood, collagen production, and much more.The Position:We are looking for a passionate, upbeat, innovative, and organized person to join us as Executive Assistant / Office Manager working under the direct supervision of the CEO. This is a tremendous position for someone with good work ethics and an interest in Office & Project Management, Personal Assistance, and Administration. Our ideal candidate is a multi-tasker that can meet accelerated deadlines, manage detailed projects, is passionate about working on a fast-moving team.Main Tasks include but are not limited to:Providing extensive admin support to the CEO (professional and personal).Manage and/or participate in various projects (implementing process improvements, managing the coordination of a conference, etc.) and support ad hoc requests.Independently manage leader(s) calendar and prioritization of meetings.Organize travel arrangements (personal and business both domestic and international).Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.Responsible for coordinating meetings, setting up appointments, and setting reminders on behalf of the CEO.Attend meetings, take records or minutes and process these accordingly.Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.Skills and experience required:Excellent organisation and communication skills (written and verbal).Expert in all Microsoft Office suite applications.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Great organisational and time management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with well-tuned EQ.Proactive self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.Honest and reliable.Possess an awareness of when discretion is required, and adhere to high confidentiality.Ability to work independently, autonomously and with a problem-solving mindset.Be a team player and have a can-do, helpful & friendly attitude.Have the desire to grow within your role and be committed to contributing to the success of the company.About You:Previous and proven 5+ years’ experience in a support role for senior staff desirable.A business degree or related qualification required.Have a strong administration background.Comfortable pivoting between tasks to address changing priorities & deadlines.Being flexible to adapt to time zone differences.Handle confidential and sensitive matters with integrity and discretion.Does this sound like you?
