Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced quantitative analyst to lead the development and validation of our IFRS9 models. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our credit risk measurement and decision-support systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end IFRS9 ECL model development projects, including RAROC and Strategic Planning.
* Analyse complex data to improve management, services, and products within the bank.
* Manage a team of quantitative analysts, coaching them in technical skills and core behavioural competencies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to business problems.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in IFRS9 model development and validation.
* Strong knowledge of market practices in IFRS9 model development.
* Good understanding of business context and portfolio dynamics in specialised lending portfolios.
* Excellent communication and engagement skills across various stakeholders.
