Here at M Recruitment, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accommodation Manager in a Four Star Hotel in west Dublin.
Duties and Responsibilities (although not exhaustive)
Operational
1. Ensuring that accommodation is clean, well maintained, and attractively presented through devising and implementing rigorous checking systems.
2. Liaising with front office services to coordinate the allocation of accommodation.
3. Liaising with other departments within the organisation, e.g. catering or conferences.
4. Planning staff rotas and covering management duty.
5. Arranging repairs and maintenance of rooms and public areas (Dining areas, Meeting Rooms, Gym, etc).
6. Inspecting the accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met.
7. Recruiting and supervising teams of room attendants in cooperation with HR.
8. Coordinating and arranging laundry and linen supplies. Managing all laundry operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €40,000.00 per year
