Based out of our New Ross Office, the role requires a reliable, proactive and multi-skilled Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance and repair needs of our company's residential properties.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
* Dealing with day-to-day general maintenance issues. Handling owner and tenant queries.
* Conducting property inspections and ensuring properties are kept to the correct standard.
* Implement, drive and improve on existing preventative maintenance procedures.
* Ensure maintenance programmes are being carried out, and completion of maintenance records.
* Attend any training required by the company.
* Generate reports for company management as may be required.
* Maintain Health and Safety standards, rules, and regulations.
* Liaise with and assist any 3rd party contractors in carrying out their duties.
Requirements:
* 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Use of common computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
* Must have strong customer focus and professional management style.
* Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
* Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
