Job Summary
This is a full-time role as a Business Development Executive in an award-winning manufacturing company based in Northern Ireland. The position involves driving growth and developing new business opportunities within the Sales and Business Development team.
The Role:
* Meeting sales targets in line with company campaigns and promotions.
* Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
* Conducting research and outreach to potential clients.
* Identifying and qualifying new sales leads (inbound and outbound).
* P Presenting and selling to decision-makers, developing quotes, and negotiating.
* Collaborating with Area Sales Managers for account management.
The Person:
* A driven, positive, and customer-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
* A proven track record of meeting targets and building relationships.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Requirements:
* 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths at Grade C or above).
* Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong numerical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Confidence in liaising with a variety of personnel.
