Responsibilities
1. To develop our presence and brand in Ireland and build a customer portfolio by proactively sourcing new customers and expanding the current accounts.
2. To be responsible for actively scanning the market for business opportunities complementing the Company’s growth strategy.
3. To be responsible for cultivating new sales leads by intensive networking, representing the Company at different levels (fairs, commercial representations etc.) visiting (potential) customers and to sell our
full services portfolio.
4. To be responsible to identify and map the Irish market potential, considering the business needs as defined by the internal divisional stakeholders.
5. Ad hoc projects.
6. Carry out any other tasks within your skill and capability on an as and when required basis.
Skills and Experience
7. You have a relevant logistics education and/or experience.
8. You have a solid knowledge of the Irish transport industry.
9. You have excellent commercial and communication skills.
10. You have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
11. You are prepared to travel throughout Ireland and occasionally other parts of Europe.
12. You are a flexible professional with the correct attitude and have the ability to think outside the box.
13. You are a team player.
