We are seeking a talented individual to join our Pensions Administration team at Mercer.
Job Description
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The DC Administration team currently manages a portfolio of approximately 160 DC schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all compliance and client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met on an ongoing basis.
* Liaise with offshore colleagues to ensure they process tasks assigned to them as per agreed timelines.
* Monitor and update the workflow system to track work effectively.
* Ensure money movements are completed in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate internal record keeping by updating member records with data changes requested.
* Collaborate with other departments within Mercer for data requests.
Requirements:
* Administration experience in a consultancy firm, brokerage, life office, or in-house scheme.
* Group or company DC pension administration experience.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Effective communication skills and high-level customer service.
* Ability to work with Microsoft Excel to an intermediate standard.
