Key Account Executive - Retail Convenience Sales
We are seeking an ambitious team player to drive forward your sales career as a Key Account Executive in our expanding Retail Convenience Sales team.
Role Overview:
This role reports to the Senior National Account Manager Retail and focuses on supporting the development and execution of ARYZTA's retail growth strategy within leading convenience retailers in the Irish market.
* Collaborate with customers on Joint Business Plans and promotional activities to drive mutual growth.
* Coordinate product launches, forecasting, and listings to align.
* Maintain and update price files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Monitor and report on account performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
* Conduct regular store reviews to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity within the convenience sector.
* Provide actionable insights to the business based on market observations and data analysis.
Working Relationships:
You will demonstrate a strong ability to engage with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product, Technical, Marketing, Insight, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. You will coordinate and integrate all relevant functions involved in managing the customer, ensuring successful delivery of strategic business plans for both customer and ARYZTA.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Senior Account Manager in all aspects of delivering business plans for designated customers.
* Serve as key contact for day-to-day enquiries (internal & external) and proactively work with cross-functional teams.
* Develop strong working relationships with customers.
* Deliver product presentations.
* Build comprehensive product knowledge of ARYZTA's product offer and understand competitors across the retail convenience sector.
* Analyze customers' performance using ARYZTA internal sales tools to create and execute plans to ensure consistent growth is delivered.
* Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and analysis to the business across all customers.
* Work with the wider retail field teams on activities agreed with H/O accounts for implementation in-store.
* Be a leader within the channel and work with the team on strategic plans for the next 3 years.
Attributes:
* Experience and knowledge of the Food Business in the FMCG Retail Convenience sector is essential.
* Customer-focused.

* Strong commercial awareness.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP applications.
