We are now recruiting for PASTRY CHEF to be part of our professional team. Close Sunday Monday Tuesday in 2025, 4 days a week.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
1. Assisting the head chef and Sous Chef in maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness.
2. Responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in his section.
3. Cooking with the best Irish ingredients.
The ideal candidate will be:
1. HACCP trained.
2. Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
3. Passionate about creating great food.
4. Meticulous about attention to detail in relation to food service (quality, portion size, presentation, and consistency).
5. Highly motivated and flexible.
6. Proactive in important areas such as health and safety and food hygiene.
