Our client is hiring for a administrative position requiring a meticulous attention to detail, high level of accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include;
* Providing administrative support to the facilities team.
* Answering customer queries via phone and email.
* Manage annual maintenance contracts and service level agreements.
* Processing field-based engineer's paperwork.
* Issuing inspection reports & site-specific documentation to clients.
* Chase reactive maintenance on a quarterly basis.
* Distribution of PFPE to clients - tagging, inspecting, stock control, database updates and delivery
* Cover of reception desk (phone calls, emails, courier & post)
Experience/Skills required for the role;
1. Excellent administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. High level of proficiency in MS Suite, email etc
4. Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate work schedules
5. Excellent team player
6. Quick learner
