Job Title: Senior HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our leadership team as a Senior HR Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual looking to take on a lead and senior level role.
Our client, a major player in the engineering, construction, and facilities sector, is expanding their HQ in Co. Tipperary and requires a skilled HR Manager to cover a broad range of HR duties.
The Job Responsibilities:
* Employee HR engagement and development
* Design and delivery of new HR processes and procedures
* Recruitment, including external hires and internal moves
* Overseeing training and L&D programmes
* Benchmarking activities for comps/bens
* Managing HR budgets and projects
* Driving HR change throughout the group
Requirements:
* 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies, or a related discipline
* 4-5+ years' experience in a HR Manager or senior HR level BP/Generalist role
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment advantageous but not essential
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications and Excel
* Strong attention to detail, inter-personal, and project management skills
Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience, with a range of up to approximately 75k - 85k per annum for a suitably qualified candidate.
This is a fully office-based role.
