Job description: This Irish owned luxury brand is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time HR Manager to establish and lead the HR function within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR and has a strong background in recruitment, HR policies and procedures, workplace relations, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from entry-level to director-level positions, with a focus on attracting top talent for our retail operations.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our company’s goals and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
3. Oversee the HR budget ensuring efficient and cost-effective workforce planning.
4. Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance on workplace regulations and maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
5. Work closely with partner retailers on learning and development initiatives and manage the induction process for new employees.
6. Improve the HR function and all processes, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a strong background in retail recruitment and HR operations.
2. In-depth knowledge of HR regulations, workplace relations, and best practices in recruitment and employee management.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
4. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to setting up and managing the HR function.
