Cpl Recruitment are looking for an experienced Talent Specialist to join an Engineering organisation. The role is Hybrid and the candidate must have Engineering or Data Science experience for 3+ years.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Partner with company leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements.
2. Influence and advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy.
3. Develop and maintain a strong relevant candidate pipeline.
4. Attract talent through effective sourcing techniques.
5. Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
6. Manage live roles from initial intake to delivery.
7. Daily use of sourcing tools and ATS.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. 3+ years’ full lifecycle Engineering or Data Science recruiting experience.
2. In-house or Agency recruitment experience required.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
