Pastry Chef Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Co. Clare, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing high-quality pastries and desserts in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present pastries, desserts, and baked goods to fine dining standards.
* Coach and train other team members to ensure consistency of product across all services.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to create new menus that enhance the overall dining experience.
* Manage the pastry section to ensure fresh products are purchased at optimum levels and stock is managed for freshness while working within GP and margins.
Requirements:
* Formal culinary qualification.
* Proven experience in the pastry section in high-end dining.
* Creative flair and passion for producing high-quality products.
