Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) Job Description
The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) will lead cross-functional teams to drive the implementation and deployment of data center expansion projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces
* Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
* Manage interface between internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of data center projects
* Build and maintain overall delivery program and project budget
* Work with Capacity Planning, Energy, and Real Estate teams to develop short and long-term build strategies
* Support continuous process improvement through leading workflow updates, documenting lessons learned, and sharing knowledge across delivery teams
About the Team:
The TIPM will partner with various stakeholder teams during data center delivery, including Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, and Operations.

The AWS Infrastructure Services team owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The team works on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and is looking for talented people who want to help.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Program Manager in capital projects, physical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments
* Industry experience in data center, networking engineering, or construction management in mission-critical environments
* Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale budgets and delivering projects with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries
* Bachelor's degree in Construction/Science/Engineering
