* Manage end-to-end Payroll for 170 employees on a weekly basis.
* Address payroll queries, provide support to employees, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
* Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
* Participate in payroll audits and resolve any discrepancies.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Support the HR administration, including pension enquires of employees.
* Support the recruitment process for the company.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience working in Payroll.
* Irish Payroll experience is essential.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
* IPASS Qualified.
