Experienced Sous Chef Wanted for Leading Hotel in Co. Dublin
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sous Chef to join our client's team at their 4*/5* hotel in Co. Dublin. As an experienced leader in the kitchen, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning and recipe creation.
* Purchasing and storage of food, ensuring timely delivery and rotation of stock.
* Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and menus, driving innovation and excellence in the kitchen.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a busy 4*/5* hotel kitchen.
* Proven ability to multitask, remain organized, and adapt to changing situations.
* Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
