About the Role

As a Restaurant Chef in the Ivy Bar and Rowan Restaurant, you will be working with high-quality ingredients and applying your passion for the farm-to-plate philosophy.
Responsibilities
* Create menus that showcase the finest ingredients and meet the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of food service.
* Manage and train a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
* Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor portion control and waste management to minimize costs and optimize resources.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new ideas, improve processes, and drive culinary innovation.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Chef or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
* Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
* Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
