The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for grey utility systems for a leading pharmaceutical client in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage an existing team to deliver an exciting project.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement commissioning plans for utility systems, including water, steam, compressed air, and HVAC.Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.Oversee the installation, testing, and validation of utility systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and operations.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Manage commissioning schedules and resources to meet project deadlines.Identify and resolve issues during the commissioning process.Document and report commissioning activities and results.Provide training and support to operations and maintenance staff.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.10+ years of experience in commissioning and qualification within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Strong project management skills and experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in commissioning tools and software.Why PM Group?Our benefits include:
