The Fitzwilton Hotel is now recruiting for an HR Administrator to join the team on a part-time basis.

About The Role
Main Duties:
1. Work in conjunction with the Cluster HR Manager on all aspects of the Human Resource functions.
2. Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and HR Best Practice.
3. Participate in the development and update of group policies where necessary.
4. Assist with the roll out of new incentives/initiatives.
5. Recruitment and Selection.
6. Management of the groups job vacancies through their job sites and agencies.
7. Staff Induction/Onboarding.
8. Staff Training and Development.
9. Performance Management and Appraisals.
Requirements:
1. Experience working in HR within the hospitality industry is desirable not essential.
2. Qualification in the field of Human Resource is required.
3. Good knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
4. Excellent communications and presentation skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
6. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
