Energy Sustainability Engineer - Multi-disciplinary Consultancy
We are seeking enthusiastic Sustainability Engineers with LEED AP and/or BREEAM, WELL, HPI, Life Cycle Analysis experience to join our Dublin team. Our client is an International Multidisciplinary Consulting Engineering & Project Management Practice with offices in Dublin.
The Sustainability Division currently work on some of the most interesting projects throughout Ireland & UK and our in-house Sustainability Engineers are qualified Assessors and provide project services for LEED, WELL, BREEAM, HPI, Fitwell, Code for Sustainable Homes and BER Ratings. We also provide a range of sustainability services including Building Energy Modelling, Building Façade Analysis, Internal Thermal Comfort Analysis, Daylight, Overshadowing and Right to Light Analysis, Part L Compliance and Low Energy Design Advice.
Duties include:
* Management of projects
* Develop and manage client relationships (Internally and Externally)
* Presentation of evidence completing assessment process
* Application of current and proposed Irish sustainability related legislation to project solutions
* Undertake LEED BD+C & ID+C Assessments across commercial schemes
* Advise clients on all areas of sustainable design and provide solutions
* Prepare thorough, high quality, technical reports
* Liaise with clients and project teams
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience delivering projects under one of the following rating systems - LEED/ BREEAM/ WELL / HPI
* Certified assessor status of at least 1 of the following - LEED/ BREEAM/ WELL / HPI Qualification
* Relevant Honours Degree
* Desirable but not necessary a Masters qualification
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Packages
* Self-motivated
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Working towards Chartered status

Salary €45K-€65K dependent on experience
