Your main responsibilities will be to oversee and assist in the overall running of the hotel and its departments whilst reporting to the General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 2-3 years experience in a similar role in either a 4* or 5* hotel is essential for this position.
2. Hotel management qualification or equivalent considered an advantage.
3. Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills with a professional and friendly manner.
4. Great organisational skills with an excellent eye for detail, customer focused with the ability to enhance the guest experience.
5. Ability to lead a team across all departments ensuring the smooth running of the hotel on a daily basis.
6. Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts which will include evenings and weekends.
7. Efficiency with hotel booking systems such as Hotsoft & Opera.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
1. A competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 Per Annum depending on experience and qualifications.
