We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Export Sales Manager to promote and maintain our sea freight pricing policy, drive business growth, and lead commercial sales teams.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and competitiveness in the market.
* Communicate pricing policies to internal sales teams and ensure seamless execution.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Prepare and manage commercial budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning.
* Analyze performance data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
* Collaborate with export documentation managers to deliver exceptional client service.
* Develop and execute customer portfolio growth plans, focusing on key account management and retention.
* Represent the company at client site visits, trade meetings, and other events, promoting core services and added value.
Requirements
* Proven experience in developing commercial export sales processes and systems.
* Global international experience within the export shipping industry, with expertise in clients and markets.
* Strong negotiation and leadership skills, with ability to create business development plans and secure export sales.
* Creative problem-solving and effective communication skills, guiding and motivating teams towards success.
