As a Food Safety and Quality Specialist, you will be part of our team that employs approximately 400 people in Ireland, with our head office located in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, just 40 minutes from Dublin city centre.

Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
* Develop a customer service and complaints management handling function across multiple products.
* Use data-driven approach to drive improvements in the complaints handling process to improve customer outcomes.
* Handle and log consumer calls with the highest level of customer service, ensuring follow-up action is taken as necessary.
* Collaborate with Production and Quality departments in the timely investigation and closure of complaints.
* Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly consumer complaints reports for operations and finance.
* Analyse reports to identify trends in complaint categories and report on findings.
* Organise and attend monthly customer complaint meetings with relevant departments.
* Create and close all technical department Purchase orders.
* Manage all costs relating to consumer complaints to ensure financial achievement.
* Ensure folder maintenance with up-to-date information.
* Support operation teams with administration duties as required.
* Undertake other related tasks assigned by technical and quality managers.

Requirements:
* Min 2 year experience in a customer-facing role (phone or f2f)
* Experience in use of Microsoft packages with advance practical applications in Excel
* Food Manufacturing experience advantageous
