Job Title:
Production Supervisor-Butter & Separation
Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient operation of both Separation and Butter making departments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Taking ownership and accountability for individual departments' performance against agreed targets and KPIs.
* Managing processing and packing on shift, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Maintaining process control points and optimising product specification while maximising line efficiencies and minimising waste.
* Escalating any process or quality issues that cannot be addressed within normal operating parameters.
* Ensuring timely and accurate records are maintained and all operational checks are carried out and documented.
Requirements:
* Fd/ Science or Process/Engineering/Production Management Degree or equivalent is desirable.
* Experience in a production role in a Food processing environment with proven leadership skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
