Job Description:
In this role, you will spend most of your time visiting customers to find out how we can help them and demonstrating our Hilti solutions. You will work on various contexts such as construction sites, company offices, production plants, etc.
You will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales area. You need to be comfortable with building relationships remotely and motivating yourself.
The role involves nurturing and fostering relationships, developing contacts on site with customers, and helping them find innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.
We don't expect you to be a construction or account management expert. Our training will cover the rest.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies.
* Provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.
* Promote Hilti products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements:
* Customer-facing/sales experience gained in any industry.
