We are looking for a Pizza Chef to join our busy kitchen and make deadly Neapolitan pizzas.
Pizza Chef responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, preparing toppings, opening dough balls, manning the pizza oven, and slicing/finishing pizzas. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Neapolitan pizza, be available to work 5 days in 7, and be a grafter.
Ultimately, you will help us to do what we do...serve great pizzas, with excellent toppings on amazing bases.
Responsibilities
* Prepare dough (make, ball, proof, open etc)
* Wash and chop vegetables
* Cut, slice and prep meats
* Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
* Recommend new recipes to update our menu
* Maintain a clean cooking station and sterile equipment
* Assist with HACCP
* Work alongside a strong and hardworking team across all stations
Minimum Requirements
* At least 2 years experience as a Pizza Chef
* Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough
* Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and pizza ovens
* Understanding of food hygiene
* Team spirit
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: From €15.00 per hour
* Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
