We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at We the People Communications, a leading social marketing agency in Ireland.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to work on impactful campaigns that challenge social inequalities, combat misinformation, support community integration, and shape Ireland's future for the better.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing engaging content, and creating digital strategies that drive national conversations.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Client Management:
o Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and project updates.
o Assist senior team members with Work in Progress (WIP) meetings, reports, and timelines.
* Content Creation & Digital Strategy:
o Develop engaging, high-impact social content, written, photographic, and video.
o Manage and optimise content calendars, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
o Write persuasive and strategic copy across multiple platforms.
o Work on multi-channel campaigns across social media, paid digital, influencer partnerships, and PR.
* Creative Strategy & Production:
o Contribute fresh creative ideas to campaigns tackling Ireland's most pressing social issues.
o Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content, from concept to execution.
o Stay ahead of digital trends and help shape our creative approach to engagement.
* Project & Campaign Management:
o Keep projects on track, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
o Collaborate with designers, editors, and motion graphic artists to bring ideas to life.
