About the Role:
We are seeking a candidate to manage the day-to-day operations of our sister site and Gastro Pub of the Year, The Deerpark Inn.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Deerpark Inn, including food and drink service.
* Coordinate with the GM and housekeeping team regarding room operations.
* Be operational and guest-facing, ensuring guests are welcomed and the pub is ready for daily operations.
* Manage team briefings, menus, event management, and scene setting with music acts and lighting.
* Oversight of the team, menus, rotas, stock controls, health and safety, and building maintenance, including improvements needed.
Reporting Structure:
You will report into the General Manager and work closely with the housekeeping, maintenance, sales team, and wider operations team.
