Our Hotel, part of The iNUA Collection, is now looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our vibrant culinary team.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
1. Crafting a delectable selection of pastries, desserts, and plated sweets for our restaurant and banqueting menus.
2. Maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
3. Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
4. Contributing to the development of new and innovative dessert creations.
5. Overseeing the pastry section, including managing stock, maintaining equipment, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
We are looking for a candidate with:
1. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment.
2. A strong understanding of pastry techniques and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
3. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
4. The ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
