This highly regarded professional college is currently recruiting a Senior Administrator to help ensure the effective management of their Examinations Department. This role would suit a hospitality professional with both front office and events exposure as well as excellent administrative/IT skills.
Key responsibilities: Provide administrative support to all college and faculty examinationsLead administrator at all OSCE examinationsProcessing of examination applications and verification of examination resultsMaintaining accurate records on the college's databaseAdministrative work including answering telephone enquiries, dealing with mail and email and other communicationsMaintaining the website and any other social media platforms used by the deptDocumentation and maintenance of process and proceduresProvide invigilation duties at all college and faculty examinationsAssist with other tasks as requiredThe ideal candidate: Holder of a third level degree or equivalentStrong administrative experience, academic or medical environment an advantageStrong IT skills (MS Office, database management) and excellent numeracy skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsHighly developed organisational, administrative and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detailHigh level of confidence and interpersonal skills for dealing with senior management face to face and on the telephoneAbility to form excellent working relationships at all levels and to work as part of a small teamWillingness to contribute to wider college activity when requiredIf you're a hospitality professional and admin whizz looking to move into a daytime office role, this could be the perfect opportunity!
