Operations Manager
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the operational activities of their location in Naas, Co. Kildare.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to the operations teams in both locations.
* Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Meet business objectives and targets.
* Monitor and Analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Process Optimisation
* Streamline Operational Processes: Enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
* Implement Best Practices and Standards: Ensure consistency and quality in operations.
* Identify Opportunities for Automation and Technology Adoption: Improve operational effectiveness.
Inventory Management
* Oversee Inventory Control Processes: Maintain optimal stock levels and minimise stockouts.
* Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics Teams: Ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Team Management
* Help Recruit, Train, and Develop Operations Staff: Ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
* Provide Coaching and Guidance: Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Promote Collaboration and Teamwork: Achieve operational objectives.
Sales Management
* Collaborate with Internal Sales Team/Administrators: Enhance customer satisfaction, and optimise sales processes to provide first-class service.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
* Desirable but Not Essential: Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the wholesale or distribution industry.
