Our client, a leading wealth management firm, is seeking a Project Manager to join on a permanent contract.
As part of this job, you will join the PMO and manage a stream of regulatory and strategic focused programmes and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of project management professionals.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
* Plan and manage tracking of multiple projects, including defining required resource and budget for delivery, and communication of progress through regular reporting.
* Establish strong project governance and accelerate progress in delivering on strategic objectives.
* Identify and manage risks and issues to prevent or reduce impact on delivery within projects.
* Deliver projects to time / cost / scope / highest quality in line with project management methodology.
Key Requirements of the Project Manager include:
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role focusing on regulatory and strategic projects.
* Strong project management skills, with proven ability to clearly define goals and priorities, establish milestones and deliver benefits.
* Strong people management ability and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders across the firm and externally.
* Regulatory experience and proven knowledge of the financial services industry would be an advantage.
* PRINCE2, Agile or similar qualification required.
