**Job Title:** Level 1 Support Engineer
Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Level 1 Support Engineer to become a valuable member of our Managed Services Team.
This role involves working on a dedicated team for a prestigious client, supporting an evolving and exciting multi-technology IT environment.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to various technologies, including Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, Cloud (Azure), and the latest Microsoft applications & solutions.
This is a onsite role based in Dublin City Centre.
The main responsibilities include:
• Monitoring and managing customers' infrastructure
• Provisioning accounts and equipment
• Desktop support for customers
• Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, Ms. Office, O365
• Configuring Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory
• Maintaining and building current documentation
• Troubleshooting hardware and interacting with 3rd parties
• Application troubleshooting and support
• Imaging and deployment
• Managing file permissions and access rights
• Configuring and supporting mobile devices
We require candidates with:
• 2+ years of experience working in a deskside support environment
• Application support experience for Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office
• Office 365 and Virtualization experience is advantageous
Preferred certifications include:
• Microsoft Specialist certification in Windows 10
• A Microsoft MCP for Client or Server OS
• Comptia A+
• Comptia Net+
