Area Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at {company}, a leading manufacturer with extensive experience in the construction, industrial, and retail sectors.
This is a full-time, permanent position covering the Leinster Region. The successful candidate will drive and nurture sales, develop sales strategies, and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term sales strategies.
* Lead Area Sales contact for key customers, ensuring high satisfaction, prompt query responses, and managing complaints.
* Identify and win new sales opportunities.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs for allocated accounts and products.
* Monitor the market, understand competition, create a competitive edge, and convey business goals into sales results.
Requirements:
* Proven successful experience in a technical sales role.
* Experience selling to construction, glazing, façade industries is desirable.
* Strong communication skills.
* Clean, valid drivers' license.
* Analytical with good presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently, using own initiative to organise, plan and complete own tasks.
* Ambitious and driven attitude.
* IT literate – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
