A growing financial services business is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to join their growing risk management function in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Build out/manage and oversee the Global Business/Operational Resiliency teamPartner with business owners to build out the Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
Develop Business Continuity Plans and plan exercises for other business entitiesPartner with entity leaders to develop Business Continuity Plans and plan exercisesPartner with entity leads to ensure we continue to be DORA compliantDefine and monitor KRIs related to Operational ResiliencyAs the Operations Resilience Manager, you will ideally have:
Experience in development and management of operational resiliency oversight for large companies, including policies and procedures development and monitoring day-to-day activitiesExperience with building out or managing a teamGood understanding of how the various functions of a regulated financial services business operate (e.g., Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit, Outsourcing)Process-orientedClear verbal and written communicatorAbility to have impact and influence with senior, peer & junior colleagues both regionally and globallyProven judgment to assess risk impact & address or escalate accordinglyIf you are interested in a private and confidential conversation regarding the Operational Resilience Manager role, please contact James Brown at
