Guest Services Manager - Leinster 5* Hotel
A 5* Luxury Hotel in Leinster seeks an experienced Hospitality Manager with stellar guest service skills and a creative approach to customer care. You will lead the Guest Services team and liaise with all of the other teams in the Hotel to ensure an exceptional and memorable guest experience is delivered. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Guest Relations or Hotel Management within a similar 5* Luxury Hotel environment. This is a rewarding position for a highly motivated, hardworking individual interested in developing themselves and growing their careers in the 5* Hotel market.

1. Strong Hotel experience in various departments within a busy Luxury 5* Hotel environment
2. Highly organised and meticulous person who is service-driven and has a good eye for detail
3. Creativity and innovation are vital for this role to develop unique and memorable guest experiences
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Have a 'hands on', proactive attitude
6. Experience managing people as well as an ability to work on their own initiative
7. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
