Remote Working Full Training Provided Hours & Days of Work: Working days will be Saturday & SundayWorking Shifts: 7am to 3pm & 3pm to 10pmOn Call Coordinator (out of hours service) The On Call Coordinator will support the line manager in completing the administration tasks that go along with rostering and scheduling.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing all aspects of the out of hours operations of our care call service. They will take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills, and must be dedicated to providing the highest quality of home care to those most in need.
Ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered to our clientsDealing with a high volume of callsCommunicating client and caregiver concerns or problems with Care Managers or other staff members as appropriatePreparation of on-call reportsRequirements: Healthcare Experience is an advantageMust have great communication skillsThe above Job Description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
