Thermal Engineer

We are currently looking for a motivated Thermal Engineer to join our team, bringing expertise in thermal analysis, mechanical engineering, and aerospace systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge solutions for our satellite and terrestrial communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of thermal management strategies for our optical payload systems and components, utilizing ANSYS or similar tools.
* Leverage knowledge of spacecraft systems and environmental testing to validate simulation models and ensure precise prediction of payload performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative materials, coatings, and mechanisms to optimize system performance.
* Analyze modal and thermo-mechanical behavior to identify areas for improvement and develop novel solutions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in thermal, mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering fields.
* Strong understanding of thermal analysis tools, space thermal control engineering, and early stage prototyping.
* Familiarity with ANSYS or similar packages, MAIT, and product/spacecraft integration.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, leading by example and driving innovation.
