Guest Experience Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Executive to join our award-winning team at Adare Manor, a globally celebrated luxury resort.

Responsibilities
1. Prior to arrival, assist guests with planning their itinerary ensuring all preferences are accurately noted and shared with the relevant teams.
2. Inspect incoming VIG arrival rooms & suites, ensuring everything is in pristine condition and meets Adare Manor standards.
3. Review guest history (if available) from previous visits, highlighting preferences and needs, ensuring requests are completed before their time in residence.
4. Provide personal support from arrival until departure and act as a personal Butler for our Signature Suite guests.
5. Upon departure, keep an up-to-date archive of documents and preferences to enhance future visits.
6. Build lasting relationships with guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience by planning and coordinating all aspects of their stay in collaboration with all departments across the resort.
7. Assist in planning & execution of special events such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, 4th of July Celebrations & Halloween.

Requirements
* Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is desirable.
