The role:
1. Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products through positive relationships with your customers.
2. Executing the Commercial strategy in line with company vision and goals.
3. Increasing business opportunities and sales through various routes to market.
4. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
5. Reaching targets and goals set for your area.
6. Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
7. Delivering Marketing campaigns as and when necessary.
8. Building strong relationships with new customers and existing clients.
9. Actively promoting products through meetings, seminars, presentations, exhibitions, etc.
10. Having responsibility for specifications of projects and working with the Key Account Manager.
11. Developing comprehensive knowledge of competitor products and strategies.
12. Introducing and promoting new products.
13. Effectively building, prioritizing, and managing your own pipeline - identifying opportunities and actively closing deals with new potential and existing clients by analyzing market dynamics.
14. Accountability for successful sales performance within the named territory.
The candidate:
1. Must live in Ireland (Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick).
2. Previous sales management experience (1 year minimum).
3. Goal-oriented with demonstrable experience of beating targets.
4. Excellent communication skills, clear in their presentations, and with leadership skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a strong team.
6. Must have a proven track record of specifying into target audience (contractors, specifiers, interior designers, architects, housing associations, etc.).
7. Application of full technical & product knowledge.
8. Ability to seek and open new opportunities.
9. Full clean driver's license.

1. Base salary: between 50,000€ and 70,000€ + bonus up to 15,000€ (depending on experience).
