Administration Assistant Full Time, Permanent We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong Excel skills to support our operations and contribute to the smooth running of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing and data entry.
Support senior team members with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks.
Manage general office administration, including filing, record-keeping, and supporting administrative functions.
Key Requirements: Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, tables, and data analysis.
Minimum two years of experience in an administrative support role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Desirable: Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Experience in data entry and report generation.
