Job Description:
We are now recruiting for a Front Office Manager to deliver exceptional service within our hotel's operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and take full responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel's front office division, ensuring all brand and departmental standards are met.
* Oversee the front office team and deal with all guest-related matters, providing excellent customer care and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Day-to-day management of front office teams and ops staff, including leading by example, motivating the team, and providing guidance and direction.
* Ensure maximum compliance with the company's guest service standards and maintain and enhance rooms division profitability.
* Direct and control the activities of the front desk, act as the manager on duty when senior managers are not available, and manage shifts at the front desk.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar management role is essential, with excellent communication skills and good time management and organisational skills.
* Exceptional customer and personal service standards, with the ability to work under pressure and provide a warm welcome, hassle-free check-in and check-out experience, and memorable stay for guests.
* Able to lead and motivate the team, handle guest comments and feedback, and follow up on internal and external sources of feedback.
